Reduced ear infections
I give my children vitamin D throughout the year, and since starting it, their episodes of acute respiratory viral infections have decreased significantly. We rarely miss school or kindergarten now. Even when they do catch a cold, it is mild and complications are minimal. Previously, after a cold, we often dealt with ear infections.
